Thomas Weeks, an American reality star, has always had a passion for cars. During his childhood, he paid close attention to his father’s (military and mechanic officer) work in the garage. His passion for engines was so strong that he saved the money he received for lunch. Then he’d buy the hot rod magazine, a monthly car publication.
Surprisingly, his parents admired and supported his passion. His father even gave him a 1955 Chevrolet truck. Thomas eventually became interested in aircraft. He always wanted to fly and got his pilot’s license when he was 16 years old.
However, because he was colorblind, he was unable to achieve his goal. As a result, he dedicated his life to automobiles and perfected the art of engine building. Cars and four-wheelers are his “drug of choice,” according to the Dallas native.
Misfit Garage
Misfit Garage, a reality show, is well-known for its constant cast squabbles, never-ending feuds with Richard Rawlings, and mechanical issues. In the sixth season of the show, stars Tom Smith and Jordan Butler joined forces with Thomas Weeks and Ascot McMillan to form the Fired Up Garage.
Thomas first appeared in the Misfit Garage in October of 2014. On the show, he was mocked for having a herniated disc in his wrist. At the time, he had just been in an accident. As a result, he had to wear gloves to protect his injured hand.
Richard Rawlings, his business partner, made light of his injury. Thomas, for his part, handled the situation amusingly. He responded by posting a photo of Michael Jackson wearing gloves with the caption “Who looked better in it? Me!”
Thomas, on the other hand, suffered his first car accident as a child. When he was four years old, he was watching his father fix a car when he suddenly fell into a spike-lined emission.
Relationship Status: Single?
Despite his celebrity, Thomas hasn’t revealed much about his personal life. Only that he is happily married to his wife, Michelle Weeks. The couple married in November 1997. They have been enjoying the parade of their married life since then. And Thomas even flaunted a photo of himself and his wife on their 20th anniversary.
Net Worth, Salary
His interest in automobiles led to a successful career in the automobile industry. As a result of his reality show, The Misfit Garage, and his job as a car trader, he must have amassed a sizable net worth. He is paid approximately $92K for his appearance in the Misfit Garage.
