Divorce or Still Married?
Michael was married to Megan Bennett, an actress. On June 28, 2003, the couple exchanged wedding vows.
They ran into each other at a movie theater where his wife had applied for a job. Michael fell in love at first sight at the time. He inquired about her name, and she replied, “Megan.” Megan began working at the theater five days after their first meeting, and the pair began dating ten days later.
Furthermore, he dropped out of art school 40 days later, while Meghan was also studying acting at the University of Saskatchewan. She was the one who showed him that being an actor was neither impossible nor unrealistic. Later, they saved up about $2,000 and rented a U-haul in Vancouver, where they began their lives as artists.
Unfortunately, their marriage ended in divorce in 2011, after eight years of marriage. However, even after their divorce, the ex-partners maintain a cordial relationship.
