Jamie Dantzscher is a retired American gymnast who won a bronze medal with the American team at the 2000 Olympics in Sydney.

Previously, the star athlete had won six gold medals for her incredible performance at the NCAA Women’s Gymnastics Championships.

To begin with, Jamie has been a member of the United States national gymnastics team since her professional debut in 1994.

After a few years of preparation, she was ready to compete. It was her first international championship, and she won not one, but two gold medals at the City of Popes competition in 1996, opening the door to bigger opportunities.

Jamie Dantzscher: Gymnastic Career

Jamie joined the UCLA Bruins gymnastics team after the Olympics in 2000. She became the first gymnast in NCAA history to score a perfect ten on her collegiate routine while there.

Jamie went on to pursue professional coaching after her playing career ended. So far, she has completed an incredible journey.

However, the journey in between was not without difficulty. She endured her fair share of adversity while amassing a sizable chunk of her net worth, the exact figure of which remains unknown for the time being.

On March 29, 2017, some of what she went through as an athlete became clear.

Jamie and several of her contemporaries testified against the sustained sexual abuse committed by Larry Nassar, the national team doctor for USA Gymnastics. However, as of 2019, nothing has been made of the accusation.

Relationship Status: Single?

Jamie’s boyfriends have only been mentioned once in her life stories, when she filed a lawsuit against Larry in September 2016. Jamie had to have anticipated the potential consequences when she took the risky step.

She stated in court documents that the USA Gymnastics attorneys accompanying her former boyfriends was not fair.

Most importantly, she claimed that the treatment of her family and herself had been inhumane.

Jamie was born into a family of seven children, all of whom had names that began with the letter J. Janelle and Jalynne, her twin younger sisters, also competed on the UCLA gymnastics team.

Jalynne is also married to star baseball player Brandon Crawford. The family could form their own sports team if they worked together.

Meanwhile, Jamie, now 37, has yet to walk down the aisle with her soon-to-be husband by her side. The stunning, who stands 5 feet 1 inch (1.55 meters) tall and appears to be in good shape, would look stunning in a bridal gown.
