Courtney Kennedy Hill, born Mary Courtney Kennedy, previously worked at Children’s Television Workshop and was a United Nations AIDS Foundation representative.
Courtney later worked as the treasurer for Joseph P. Kennedy II’s congressional reelection campaign. Courtney commuted between New York and Washington, D.C. while working.
Courtney is also known as the second eldest daughter of late American politician Robert F. Kennedy.
As a board member, she even served as the director of fund-raising for the Robert F. Kennedy Memorial and the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum.

Courtney Kenndy was born on September 9, 1956, in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. She is 62 years old.
In terms of her family history, she is the fifth of eleven children born to Robert F. Kennedy and his wife, Ethel (née Skakel).
Courtney’s father was a well-known American politician and lawyer who served as the 64th Attorney General of the United States. He married Ethel Skakel, the third daughter of businessman George and Ann Skakel, a socialite.
Courtney’s father was murdered on June 5, 1968, leaving behind 11 children and his wife. His funeral was held at Our Lady of Victory Church in Centerville, Massachusetts, with all of his cousins and friends in attendance.
Following Robert’s death, Ethel established the Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice and Human Rights. Robert’s widow has amassed a net worth of $50 million as a result of her career.
Courtney has seven brothers and four sisters: Kathleen, Joseph II, Robert Jr., David, Courtney, Michael, Kerry, Christopher, Max, Douglas, and Rory.

Daughter’s Sudden Death While Married To Her Husband
Courtney has been married twice; unfortunately, both marriages have ended in divorce. She was previously married to ABC sports producer Jeffrey Robert Ruhe.
Her first husband she met while working at the Children’s Television Network. The couple was married from 1980 to 1990 and did not have any children during their marriage.
Courtney later found love again with an Irishman named Paul Michael Hill. Paul knew Courtney’s brother, Joe Kennedy, but it was her mother, Ethel, who arranged the marriage.
Courtney and Paul married on June 26, 1993.
Courtney gave birth to her daughter, Saorise Roisin Kennedy Hill, on May 22, 1997, at the age of 40.
Courtney’s marriage ended in divorce in 2006. Her ex-husband was wrongfully imprisoned for 15 years for IRA bombings after their divorce.
Courtney then raised their daughter in Ireland in part.
Even after two failed marriages and the loss of her father and siblings, life could not be more cruel to Courtney, as a terrible fate awaited her.
Saoirse, her only daughter, died of an apparent drug overdose on August 1, 2019, at the age of 22. Her body was discovered at the Kennedy Compound in Hyannis Port, Massachusetts.
