Cody was one of Robin’s most private children, never revealing much about his professional life until after graduation, when he decided to follow in his father’s footsteps. In fact, he worked on a number of films as an Assistant Producer.
He worked as the second assistant director on Robert Lorenz’s film Trouble with the Curve, which was released on November 2, 2012. Despite a $60 million budget, the film only made $49 million at the box office.
Another film, American Reunion, was released the following year, and he was once again an assistant producer. Despite a budget of only $50 million, the film did extremely well at the box office, grossing $235 million.
Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg, on the other hand, directed it. Cody’s father, Robin, told the Daily Mail network that he was pursuing a degree in music production.
