I believe Doyoung does not follow a strict diet and prefers to eat little amounts of food in moderation rather than in large quantities. That’s why I’m going to provide you a diet that will help you lose weight gently yet safely.

Workout Routine for NCT Doyoung

Doyoung is a popular singer and dancer with a large fan base, but he works out and practices every day to stay in shape. Being a troll in the Kpop industry is exhausting; completing exercises and following regulations is exhausting. Now, let’s take a look at Doyoung’s fitness and wellness routine.

After a bit of digging, I came across this video of Doyoung and other NCT members stretching and doing some basic workouts like push-ups and planks. Now, I can’t say if that’s all he does, but there wasn’t anything else I could verify.

While he’s doing that, he’s also doing Doyoung’s major workout, which he does for two hours virtually every day. That is the dance practice he must maintain, as we all know how difficult their regimen is while dancing. Plus, doing that for two hours or more practically every day helps you stay very lean and healthy.

We can speculate that this is Doyoung’s only method of staying in shape, as it works well as a cardio and toning workout. You can burn up to 800 calories in two hours of dancing, so now we know how to stay in shape like Doyoung.

I’ll show you how to get in shape with my Kpop regimen, which was inspired by these workouts. The workout will consist of six days of training, with two to three hours of training every day, so prepare ready for the following activity:

Stretching

We’ll begin the workout with a 15- to 20-minute full-body stretch. It will come in handy later on while you are dancing after these stretching exercises. You can choose any stretching pattern you wish from YouTube to complete your warm-up.

Cardio

We will do cardio by dancing like every Kpop artist does. The cardio workout will last anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half. You can substitute other aerobic activities with this workout, but I recommend maintaining it in the dance pattern.

Routine for the Circuit

Then there’s our toning routine, in which we’ll complete a variety of exercises to tone our bodies while also burning calories. This program will last only 20 to 30 minutes, but it will be really exhausting.
