Kara Keough shared on April 14, 2020, that she and her husband Kyle Bosworth were grieving the loss of their newborn McCoy Casey. She revealed that her son died after suffering from “shoulder dystocia and a compressed umbilical cord” during his birth on Instagram.
According to the post, baby McCoy was born at 3:10 a.m. on April 6, 2020, measuring 21 inches and weighing 11 pounds and 4 ounces. McCoy’s strength and height, according to Kara, amazed them. “He joined our Heavenly Father and will live forever in the hearts of his caring parents, adoring sister, and those who received his life-saving gifts,” she went on to say.
