Acting is not just a career option for Justin Chu Cary; it is his true passion. The American TV star is also a graphic designer and comic book artist.
From what it appears, he came all prepared in the industry, having done a double minor in Theatre and Visual Arts besides a bachelor’s degree in Sociology. Justin is gearing up for his upcoming better scripts and casting after the release of Netflix’s Black Summer in 2019.
Justin, who stands 5 feet 11 inches (1.8 meters) tall, must have amassed a sizable net worth from his previously released films and television shows.
He did it all in his early career, from working in the visual arts, graphic design, and web design to modeling for Nike, Target, Footlocker, and Ford.
Biography of Justin Chu Cary
This is how Justin came up with his full name. His paternal grandparents are surnamed Cary and Bush while his grandparents on the maternal side carry Chu and Lee, thus giving him a ‘Justin Chu Cary.’ Overall, he is of mixed ethnicity due to his African-American father and Chinese-American mother.
Justin, 37, comes from a family that has always been involved in social activism. “My mother is not just some stereotypical Chinese woman,” he said. She has always been Justin’s inspiration, despite being in her sixties and actively working on gender equality, sexual harassment, and rape cases within the University setting. His parents are both passionate social activists.
His brother, a musician who specializes in pop music, is also a member of his family.
Is Justin married or not?
In any of his interviews, Justin never really discussed his dating life or relationships. And even his social media pages are dominated by his impressive collections of graphic designs.
But, every now and then, Justin allows his fans and followers a glimpse into his personal life. For example, he flaunted his tailored wedding suit by posing for a mirror selfie with the caption “I am getting married” on May 26, 2013. The lucky girl who took his breath away is Hagerenesh Solomon, a stunning “East African” girl.
Justin, who honeymooned in Tahiti with his Ethiopian wife, never personally released his wedding photos, not even on social media.
Nonetheless, when her lovely daughter, Liyu, took her first steps, he made sure everyone knew. Liyu, who was born in early October of 2016, resembles her parents in many ways.
And the first-time parents appear to be doing well. So says the family photo, in which they can’t help but smile.
