Young Thug’s Manager Gifted Him 100 Acres of Land as Birthday Gift – What is he going to do with this property? Find out here!

To commemorate his 30th birthday earlier this month, rapper Young Thug received 100 acres of land in the Atlanta area. His manager, Geoff Ogunlesi, who is also an A&R at 300 Entertainment, gave him the land.

Trey Williams, an Atlanta realtor who assisted Ogunlesi in obtaining the birthday gift, disclosed the news in an Instagram post on August 18 and wished the rapper a happy birthday. Williams also mentioned that this was one of the greatest methods to invest the funds, and he appreciated Ogunlesi for putting his trust in him to complete the transaction.

Young Thug’s Charitable Works

One of the numerous charity projects the rapper has been a part of since his rise to prominence is his aspiration to help the community around his home. For example, he gave Planned Parenthood, a nonprofit organization that offers reproductive health care in the United States and around the world, 100% of the proceeds from his debut show.

“The revenues from my show tonight will be donated to @PPFA. I was an adolescent mother or father. Parenthood, both planned and unplanned, is lovely “In his tweet, he wrote:

Despite the fact that the arena was only 2/3 filled and ticket prices were around $30, the rapper reportedly raised $60,000 from ticket sales alone, according to Teen Vogue. And it was all for a good cause. In August 2021, Young Thug and recording artist Gunna bailed out low-level criminals to reconnect them with their family. The rapper stated publicly that those individuals were being imprisoned for minor infractions but could not be released due to a lack of funds.

He hinted that he, too, hailed from a common family and that he wanted to get as many people out of jail as possible.

What will he do on the property?

Young Thug’s manager came down with TMZ more than a week later and revealed specifics about the rapper’s plans to develop a Slime City in the gifted property.

The native of Los Angeles first mentioned that the site already had a community of families living there. As a result, Young Thug, whose real name is Jeffery Lamar Williams, intended to give back to the community by constructing nice residences, a water park, and possibly a campground.

“He’s got a few things he’d want to accomplish with the community. So far as I’ve known him, he’s been a generous individual. Give back to the community; he adores it. I’ve never seen him reject down a request for a photograph “The rapper was complimented by Ogunlesi.

Young Thug also intends to use the site to host his annual Slime Fest, which is why he christened it Slime City. If you didn’t know, he has presented Slime Fest, a live event, every year since 2010, with the exception of 2020, when the COVID-19 epidemic forced him to cancel. A dirt bike trail will be available on the property for those who enjoy riding motorcycles and four-wheelers. He also stated that architects and engineers have begun sketching up ideas while waiting for permits to begin the job in its entirety.
