Aquatic ecologist Zeb Hogan is a research assistant professor at the University of Nevada, Reno. He is well-known for being the host of the reality program Monster Fish on the National Geographic network. In the program, he travels to some of the world’s most inaccessible locations with the goal of preserving endangered fish species and the way of life of those who live in their environments.

Zeb Hogan studied at the University of Arizona in Arizona and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in ecology and evolutionary biology. Later, as a visiting Fulbright student, he enrolled in Chiang Mai University in Thailand’s Environmental Risk Assessment Program.
