Soon after graduating, Munir Mohamedi was assigned to AD Ceuta’s reserve team, where he made his debut in 2008. Following a season, Munir Mohamedi moved to UD Almeria B, a Tercera Division team, on January 29, 2009.

After that, Munir changed schools and spent the following two seasons backing up Pedro Dorronsoro at UD Melilla. Between 2009 and 2014, Munir made a total of 74 appearances for Melilla.

On June 17, 2014, Munir agreed to a free two-year transfer to CD Numancia of the Segunda Division. On September 11, 2014, Munir made his club debut after saving two penalties in a shootout following a 1-1 away Copa del Rey draw against CD Leganes.
