Prior to joining forces with seasoned restaurateur Peter Oliver in 1993, he first worked as a cook at upscale eateries. In Canada’s Financial District, they initially established a bistro/restaurant in the New York style called Jump. They later worked together once more to launch Oliver & Bonacini Hospitality.
Currently, Oliver & Bonacini Hospitality has offices in Toronto, Montreal, Saskatoon, Calgary, and Edmonton, among other cities in Canada.
