Vidya is known for other things as well, including her fitness. I’m not talking about having super ripped abs, biceps, or other body parts. I’m going to be completely honest with you: I have no idea what she eats. Her cuisine is unknown, even on YouTube channels. Vidya may have made statements about her life on occasion, but I am unaware of them because I do not follow her.
So I’ll give you my diet plan for getting in shape that will work best with this workout. We’ll do 16:8 intermittent fasting, which means we’ll only be able to eat for 8 hours. So I would advise you to skip breakfast in order to avoid sleeping on an empty stomach.

1st Meal
- Oatmeal and blueberries pancake
- Juice
2nd Meal (after three hours)
- A bowl of salad
- Green smoothie
3rd Meal (in the last hour of your eating window)

Workout Routine of Vidya Vox
Vidya is unquestionably in the best shape of her life, and she is gaining fans by the day. Her progress is slower, but consistent, which is preferable to two days of fame. Vidya’s workout routine was difficult to come by, but after a while, I got a sense of how she maintains her fitness.
If you’re wondering, Vidya doesn’t go to the gym; I looked through her entire Instagram account and found no post where she was even close to a gym. Vidya, on the other hand, collaborated with YouTube and fitness instructors to create the Blogilates channel, where they work out and do various activities with celebrities.
Vidya also went, and despite the fact that she completed all of the exercises, her form was not as good as a gym goer’s. They do some floor Pilates workouts and activities together in that video, which you can see here. Apart from that, her main routine consists of staying active and doing dance workouts. Vidya has a lot of dancing videos on her YouTube channel, and she even shared the choreography video.
It’s not difficult to believe, because dancing can help you stay fit and toned. If you take a proper dance class, you can burn about 500 calories in an hour. This routine will include bodyweight exercises to help you gain muscle tone and a slim waist. Because it is a circuit routine, it will be quick and will work our cardiovascular system while also toning the body. Then we’ll wrap it up with a 30-35 minute cardio finisher HIIT routine.
