Nadine Ellis was born in New York on April 15, 1971 to Jamaican parents. She spent her childhood in New York with her sister, Thea Simone, making memories.
She loved to dance since she was a child. Despite starting at the age of thirteen, which is later than most people, she was quick enough to catch the bug and ride it to where she is now.

To become an actress, she needed to relocate to Los Angeles, and surprisingly, her father was more than willing to inquire about her plans. Even though it was a risky move, Nadine’s father proudly supported her.
