Boris Kodjoe is an American actor who is best known for his role in the 2002 film Brown Sugar. He is of mixed Ghanaian and German-Jewish origin. Other films and television shows in which he has appeared include Soul Food, The Last Man on Earth, a Grey’s Anatomy spin-off, Station 19, and others.

Boris Kodjoe’s mother, Ursula, is a wonderful woman with a strong academic background. As a German psychologist, she works at Ursula Kodjoe Therapy and Meditation. She provides counseling for families, couples, and individuals, as well as mediation for family and custody disputes. Boris and Nicolas Ari Parker Kodjoe have been married for 15 years and have been together for two decades with no big troubles, therefore he may have inherited valuable items from his mother.

According to her LinkedIn profile, Boris Kodjoe’s mother studied psychology at Freiburg’s Albert-Ludwigs-Universität and has been practicing since 1995. Her principal focus, among other things, is on children’s involvement in separation or divorce.
In addition to her psychology degree, Ursula has a certification in social pedagogy and teaches a variety of courses on related topics. Ursula is currently thriving in her job and living a happy life in Germany.
Boris Kodjoe’s mother raised him as a Jew in Germany after his parents divorced. It’s unclear whether she’s moved on, but she appears to be happy in her own company. Nicolas Neruda Kodjoe and Sophie Tei Naaki Lee Kodjoe, her grandchildren, must be close to her as well.
Boris Kodjoe’s Father Is A Physician
Boris Kodjoe hails from a well-educated family with a wide range of interests. While Kodjoe’s mother is a beautiful German woman, his father is a Ghanaian physician who came to the United States in search of a better life. It was difficult, however, because we live in a world ruled by pride and greed, and Boris has openly stated his dissatisfaction.
Dr. Eric Ofuatey-Kodjoe, Boris Kodjoe’s father, died on December 30, 1938, however, he had a long life and saw a lot.
Unfortunately, there isn’t much information on Eric; however, his son claims that he struggled to establish himself. Dr. Eric Kodjoe, the chief of anesthesiology at his hospital, endured racial comments and racially motivated abuse on a regular basis because people assess others based on their skin color.
Even though Kodjoe’s father made a great contribution through his medical services, his abilities were questioned, and patients declined to be examined. Despite his discomfort, Eric continued to help and save lives. The half-German, half-Ghanian only used social media to spread his thoughts.
On April 4th, 2016, Dr. Eric, a beautiful man, passed away. Boris confirmed the news with a kind Instagram comment asking him to unwind. He died at the age of 78, leaving a legacy of good deeds behind him.
Boris Kodjoe’s Parents Welcomed Three Children Together
Boris Kodjoe, a Code Black actor, was married to his parents for a long time before they split. The wedding date and location of Eric and Ursula are unknown, however the pair had three children together.
The former couple’s first child, Nadja Kodjoe, was born. Boris was born in Vienna, Austria, on March 8, 1973, and the couple welcomed their third child, Patrick Kodjoe, the following year.
Boris’s identical brother, Patrick Kodjoe, is a businessman, life coach, and nutritionist. The two brothers appear to be close, but their sister, Nadja, is still unavailable.
Unfortunately, Kodjoe’s parents split in 1979. When he was six years old, he began an estranged relationship with his father. Things didn’t last long, though, because the father-son duo swiftly worked out the kinks in their relationship. Boris Kodjoe has a close relationship with his parents and regards them highly.
