Maggie Slysz is a married woman with two children. On Sunday, Cullen Guilmartin proposed to Maggie on a beach in Lagos, Portugal, at sunset. Their wedding took place on the beach of Praia do Camilo. Cullen had been carrying the ring around in his backpack all day.
After dating for two and a half years, Slysz and Guilmartin decided to tie the knot. On July 3, 2017, she and her husband, Cullen Guilmartin, married and received a marriage certificate.

Career
Maggie, Madeline’s mother, began her career in broadcasting at WTIC-TV. Later, in 2013, she joined FOX 61. Similarly, the brown-eyed contributed to special projects like Northeast Living and the station’s Holiday Wishes specials.
Not only that, but Slysz also worked as a traffic reporter on the side. She transitioned to social media reporting in 2014. She was also promoted to full-time morning news anchor and reporter in the fall of the same year, a position she had held since 2016.
Slysz has also worked as a newspaper reporter for The Bristol Press and the New Britain Herald, where she was named ‘Best Local Newscaster’ in the paper’s reader-voted Best of 2015′ awards. Maggie Slysz, unlike others, spearheaded the paper’s Polish language section’s launch and covered local community stories entirely in Polish.
Maggie was named the Little Poland Ambassador in 2015. The Polonia Business Association presented it to her in recognition of her efforts and contributions to the Polish-American community in Connecticut.
