Lindsay Riley was a wonder-child who knew she wanted to be a meteorologist since she was four years old.
Lindsay Riley grew up enthralled by watching the weather channel. Later on, the same child graduated from Penn State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology.
Lindsay simply knew how and where to put her formal education to use. Little did she know that the future meteorologist would one day be the recipient of two Emmys, one for the Indiana storms she would cover in 2016 and the other for the one in Buffalo in 2008.
Lindsay now works as an evening meteorologist for 12 News. In January 2018, she joined the 12 News team. She previously worked as the morning and noon meteorologist for CBS-owned WTTV in Indianapolis.
Throughout her career, she was featured in a variety of media outlets, all of which were equally prominent. As a result, there is no doubt that with each move to a more significant platform, she must have signed a better contract, which served her well, particularly in terms of her finances.
However, Lindsay’s salary for her achievements has never been revealed to the media or the general public. However, she must be earning more than the average meteorologist salary, which is estimated to range from $102K.

Lindsay’s mother, her biggest supporter, is solely responsible for her career choice.
