Workout Routine of Jacob Bertrand
Jacob Bertrand is an actor who is on his way to becoming one of the most well-known. Before being recognized for Cobra Kai, he had many minor roles and even worked as a voice actor.
Jacob Bertrand has put in so much effort and training that he now performs 90 percent of the series’ stunts. So, a variety of factors keep him fit and healthy, and if you’re interested in learning more about his workout, keep reading.
So, after doing some research on Bertrand’s workout routine, I came across an article in Muscle & Fitness in which he was interviewed.
Jacob Bertrand mentioned in that interview that he trains for Cobra Kai every day for about an hour, which includes choreography or stunt training. As a result, it works your cardiovascular system, muscles, and entire body. After that, Jacob told M&F that the workouts will be done outside.
He enjoys rock climbing, swimming, surfing, and other activities. Bertrand will do everything that involves his outdoors on a daily basis.
So, aside from that, there isn’t a lot of weight training; the workouts revolve around the hour of training that Jacob Bertrand and the rest of the cast must do for Cobra Kai. So, how do we get Jacob Bertrand’s body?
Well, I’d say we train like Xolo did for Cobra Kai; according to Xolo, he spent 30 minutes doing light cardio, stretching, and an HIIT circuit routine.
So it’s safe to assume Jacob would follow a similar routine to get in shape for Cobra Kai. So we’ll do an hour of exercise five to six days a week, and then you can stay active as much as you want the rest of the day.
Jacob Bertrand’s workout includes the following:
Stretching and light cardio
Start our workout with some light cardio, such as 10-15 minutes of running at 6-9 kmph, 10-15 minutes of hydro-rowing, cycling, jumping rope, and so on. We’ll move on to stretching after you’ve completed your cardio and warmed up your body. Before beginning the HIIT workout, stretch your entire body for at least 10-15 minutes.
Now, for the HIIT workout routine, I’ll give you a variety of workouts that will target the upper body, lower body, and core. To make the workout more difficult, add weights, resistance bands, ankle weights, or other equipment. Let’s get this party started:
