Germán Garmendia’s workout routine is difficult to come by, and luck was not on my side. I learn that he enjoys doing cardio and lightweight training. Germán Garmendia also leads an active lifestyle, which helps him keep in shape. If you’ve noticed, his body physique isn’t difficult to achieve and can be achieved by exercising regularly.
So, I’ll give you a routine to follow in order to achieve Germán Garmendia’s physique. His training will be moderate, so if you stay disciplined, you should be able to achieve the desired body shape in a matter of months. We’ll alternate between cardio, weight training, and active rest days.
