Workout Routine of Derrick Lewis

Derrick works out in a different way than the other fighters in the league. You could even call him a natural talent because he puts in less effort than others while achieving the best results. Other fighters, meanwhile, train for four to five hours per day. Derrick works out for two hours every day, and it’s amazing to think that he used to only work out for one hour before facing the champion.

Derrick said in an interview with Muscle and Fitness that he doesn’t spar because it’s difficult to find guys his size. He does, however, use bags and his coach to train boxing and other essential tricks. So, yes, it is incredible that he has progressed this far.

To learn more, I went to Derrick’s Instagram page, where he has a few more posts about his workout. In the gym, you’ll see Derrick doing bodyweight exercises with slate; in others, he’ll be running at a slow pace, and there will be other boxing posts. Derrick also stated that he does five rounds of pad work, 15 minutes on the Stairmaster, and then 15 minutes on the treadmill.

However, I can tell that his workout has been updated. So you can train for an hour two times a day, six days a week to get a body like his. Start your day with MMA training, which includes things like pad work, sparring, and whatever else your trainers tell you to do. Focus on 30 minutes of weight training in the evening, including exercises such as dealings, snatching, tire flipping, hammer slams, clean and jerks, squats, explosive squats, and so on.

Finish with a 30-minute run to maximize your training results. It’s something I recommend to get you as close to Derrick’s physique as possible.
