Relationship Status: Single?

Kurt was in his senior year of college when one of his teammates convinced him to go to a country music club in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Kurt met his wife, Brenda Carney Meoni, a former United States Marine Corps corporal, at that time, and they hit it off right away.

Brenda, on the other hand, was hesitant to take any further action because she was a single mother of two children and her son Zachary had significant medical problems. When her first husband, Neil, accidentally dropped Zachary, he was blinded and suffered brain damage.

Kurt’s feelings for Brenda were undaunted, and the couple married on October 11, 1997, after a four-year relationship.

Kurt adopted both of her children, Zachary and Jesse, after they married, and they later had five children together: Kade, Jada Jo, Elijah, and twins Sienna and Sierra.

Kurt became well known for his commitment to his family, kids’ lifestyle, and Christian faith after the couple built a beautiful and robust family together over time.

The couple even decided to build the “Treasure House” in Arizona to assist people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, such as their older son, Zachary.

Furthermore, rumors spread that Kurt’s wife had cancer. Perhaps it started because the couple was involved in several charity works and frequently shared their struggles. However, the rumor that Kurt’s wife has cancer is false.

The couple is currently happily married with their seven children, and the family spends quality time together.
