Shuhua is an excellent performer and singer. When she performs live on stage, many viewers just get mesmerized by her dance moves that are so incredible and sexy at the same time. Shuhua can make those dancing steps seem so good due of her slim and slender body form. So how did she manage to obtain that physical shape?

Well, to gather the information, I tried browsing for several interviews and publications. While I was able to locate details concerning the eating plan of Shuhua, which we shall talk about later. There were not many things about her workout program, which is not too surprising. I guess I have said this earlier as well. When any new organization gets founded for a couple of years, they don’t reveal a lot about their diet or activity because of special concerns.

We all know many stars get body-shamed and harassed because of various things they did to attain that. However, I assume Shuhua doesn’t perform many workouts other than the group’s dance practice. Morning Routine

In the morning routine, we will start with stretching exercises that will take roughly 10 to 20 minutes. You may do entire body stretches and even use the roller to stretch your back and open up all your muscles. After that, it will be a warm-up which will involve some exercises like squats, push-ups, crunches, jumping jacks, etc.

After that, we will conduct an hour of dance fitness similar to the Shuhua workout program. If you are used to working out, you can do it for an hour and a half to two hours. It will help you shed fat and tone your complete body muscles.

Evening Routine

We will do two workouts in the evening routine that I prescribe for practically every girl Kpop singer routine; yoga and Pilates.
