Ex-boyfriends who refused to pay their girlfriend’s bills were the subject of the song. A clever promotion strategy helped the song become a huge hit.

JT- Early Life
The City Girl duo has triumphed over adversity. JT grew up in one of Florida’s poorer areas. She was denied the opportunity to attend college after high school. She dropped out of high school and began performing in nightclubs, strip joints, and block parties.
Rapper had known Yung since elementary school. They went to the same high school and dropped out at the same time. Although the City Girl actress rose to fame as JT, her parents gave her the name Jatavia Shakara Johnson.

JT debuted in the music industry in mid-2017, collaborating with her best friend Yung Miami. “Fuck Dat Nigga,” their first soundtrack, was a game-changer in their lives. Furthermore, this song lifted both girls out of poverty and placed them in front of a lavish lifestyle.
But it wasn’t a spur-of-the-moment decision; both girls meticulously planned to make their first music number a hit. They used social media to spread the word and even hired DJs to play music at parties. The plan worked, and the girls were even featured on the cover of Billboard.
They became famous as a result of controversies. JT was arrested for credit card fraud and sentenced to two years in prison as they began to gain recognition as artists. She was, however, permitted to work on a day off from prison. As a result, it had little impact on their careers.
They signed a deal with “Quality Control Music” in 2018, and their first album with them, “Control The Streets Volume,” charted at number five on the Billboard 200.
Quality Control went to great lengths to make the girls famous, even producing a documentary for both, but they never mentioned their family backgrounds in the film.
With their first studio album, “Girl Code,” Destiny catapulted the girls to stardom. JT had the opportunity to collaborate with Cardi B, Lil Baby, and Jacquees on this album.
