In late 2018, Tilley began seeing her lover discreetly. However, she officially revealed her relationship status in June 2019 while playing Truth or Drink with her Scrubbing In co-host, Tanya Rad, on their podcast. The reality star responded “yes” when asked if she was in love, but she chose to drink rather than share her boyfriend’s name.
During an interview with US Weekly in September 2019, Tilley gushed about the private nature of her relationship. She said she enjoyed her private love life and that she didn’t have a timetable to tell regarding her partner’s identification because she didn’t have one.
“I just feel like if the moment comes where I’m like, ‘Oh, I’m just going to say something,’ then I’ll do it,” the 32-year-old said before expressing her desire to be more open about her personal life in the future.
Tilley said she was in a “very good place” regarding her dating status in another interview with US Weekly in November 2019 at the 2nd Annual American Influencer Awards. She also revealed that she had told her sisters about her lover but not the rest of her family.

Tilley was in a public relationship with Robert Graham, the star of The Bachelorette, before announcing her connection with the mysterious guy.
They began dating in late 2016 and have been together ever since. Tilley told US Weekly in December 2016 of their growing affair, “We’ve been friends for a long time and it was just a natural step.”
She emphasized that the shift from friends to lovers was simple and enjoyable. The Louisiana native revealed the same month that her significant other had already met her family. While her accounts led everyone to believe that their romance would last forever, it did not. Tilley and Graham ended their relationship in May 2017.
The Bachelor star opened up to US Weekly four months after their breakup about the reasons for their split. She explained that their busy schedules and her knowledge of the importance of self-care caused them to part ways.
She was adamant that there was no deception or bitterness involved.
Tilley sought to win the hearts of Chris Soules and Ben Higgins in The Bachelor in 2015 and 2016, respectively, before dating Graham. In both seasons, though, she returned home alone.
