Mr. Mike O’Hearn is the creator of the Power Bodybuilding brand. For the purpose of giving back to society from his vast bodybuilding experience, Mike devised a 12-week workout plan on power development to help all bodybuilding enthusiasts achieve strength, hypertrophy, and aesthetics through resistance training. It was his training method, which combined weights and repetitions to help increase muscle, power, and fitness all at the same time, that was so effective.
