Josh Charles is a happily married man who is known for his appearances as Dan Rydell on Sports Night and Will Gardner on The Good Wife. Since September 2013, he has been married to Sophie Flack, a ballet dancer and author.
Charles has two children from his long-term marriage to his long-time partner. On December 9, 2014, he gave birth to the couple’s first child, a son called Rocco. In August 2018, the actor announced on Instagram that his wife had given birth to their second child, a daughter called Eleonor, some four years later.

To commemorate the occasion, Flack uploaded an old black-and-white photo of the couple with the comment “Things are becoming serious [for good] between them.” On the other hand, the award-winning actor uses social media to keep fans up to date on his personal life, which includes his longstanding partner and two children.
For almost 15 years, they’ve been together
In one Instagram post from September 2019, Charles raved about his connection with Flack. He expressed his gratitude for the 13 years he had spent with her, the past six as a married pair. Based on the information, it appears that the two started dating in 2006.
The two walked the red carpet together at the 63rd Primetime Emmy Awards in September 2011, and it was well-deserved. They were also seen at Alec and Hilaria Baldwin’s wedding in June 2012.
According to Dailymail, the latter occasion may have also influenced their decision to marry.
Sophie Flack: Who Is She?
Flack, the famous actor Charles’ wife, is a former professional ballet dancer who later turned to literature. Bunheads, a novel she wrote in 2011, is her most well-known work. Her writing is said to be inspired by her time as a member of the corps de ballet.
Her paintings — and thoughts — have also appeared in publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Boston Globe, O Magazine, The Weekly Standard, and Dance Magazine. She is currently working on a memoir about how her formative years at a prestigious ballet boarding school shaped her as a woman, according to her website.
