During an interview with GQ in 2018, rapper Lil Baby showed off his jewelry and high-end accessories. The rapper informed the audience about the various forms of money he possessed and how much he spent on them.
“All the time I spent $60,000 when I had a million,” Lil Baby said to the show’s host, but advised everyone to “take your time” and “use it properly.” He went on to say that artists who wear “large chains and watches” inspire him.
The ‘Drip Too Hard’ hitmaker has recently been photographed flashing his gleaming teeth, which are adorned with pricey diamond encrustations.
Diamonds are embedded in Lil teeth
In September of this year, it was revealed that the Atlanta-born rapper was wearing a new collection of jewelry. The rapper then announced his new diamond teeth on Twitter.
Lil, on the other hand, originally tweeted that “today” was the day “I quit smoking cigarettes.” And he quickly followed up with another tweet announcing his “new teeth.” It was previously reported in March that the rapper had put more diamonds to his teeth, giving them a shinier appearance.
Lil went even further by posting a video on Instagram of himself brushing his teeth with dazzling diamonds on them while simultaneously flaunting his prized asset by writing a caption on the video that read, Just Cause You Brought Em Don’t Mean You Ain’t Gotta Brush Em A Look into Lil Baby’s Other Expensive Accessories
Lil Rolex Datejust watch was the first accessory he mentioned. The watch, he claims, was “really gifted to me” and had a lot of sentimental meaning for him.
He also said that the watch he was given originally had “no diamonds.” Instead of purchasing a new watch with diamonds, Lil Baby “added on this watch,” and as a result, spent more for the present watch than one would normally spend for a new watch with diamonds because he “made the watch from the ground up.”
Lil Baby then went on to his second watch, an AP watch that would have cost between $55,000 and 60,000 at the time, according to the rapper. The rapper went on to say, “I adore watches,” when asked about his passion for them. Watches are more of a fashion statement for me. I have two watches on my person, and neither of them is ever accurate.
The rapper’s final accessory was his Cuban Link Bracelet, which he said he “barely ever takes off.” After that, Lil Baby moved on to his Star Rings, which he explained.
Lil Baby boasted of having “just received the two Star Rings.” Surprisingly, the rapper had lost seven of his most valuable rings just a month before this interview.
According to Lil Baby, he enjoyed wearing them both at the same time “because I wear two watches most of the time” and to create a set of “watch, bracelet, and ring” on both hands.
His Lil Baby pendant, which had the text “Lil Baby” written on it, was next on the list. During his presentation of the pendant, the rapper described how he came by his current title.
According to Lil Baby, he received the nickname “Lil Baby” when hanging out with “older fellas” when he was “maybe like 12 [or] 13,” and for “being the younger kid around,” he was dubbed “Lil Baby,” a moniker that has stuck with him ever since.
The show of wealth was followed by a gleaming “Zone 4” diamond pendant, a reference to his childhood neighborhood. Lil Baby then went on to discuss about his additional pendants, chains, and earrings, all of which were made of gleaming diamonds.
