Clayton Charles Guida, better known as Clay Guida, was born in Round Lake, Illinois. Chuk Guida (father) and Debbie Guida (mother) gave birth to him (mother). He also has a brother, Jason Guida, who is a mixed martial fighter. Guida, like his siblings, was born and raised in Illinois in an Italian household.
