Joe’s preparation for The Punisher “We’ll usually start with a little strength work, whether it’s taking over squats or bench pressing for five sets of three at the maximum weight.”
There are numerous super setting and bodybuilding weight practices to choose from. Then we do a lot of MetCon [metabolic conditioning], doing as many rounds as we can and attempting to push each movement as hard as we can. Five or six full-body activities, such as pull-ups or cleans, are frequently included.
We’ll do this for around 20 minutes. We’ll then conduct boxing or jiu-jitsu training in the afternoon in between scenes. I’ve always wanted to box, but they make every effort to keep me exercising my entire body as much as possible.
