Rowoon’s Workout and Diet Plan: Rowoon is a Korean actor and singer who is best known for being a member of the SF9 Kpop group. He began his acting career by appearing in television shows such as Where Stars Land, About Time, School 2017, and others.

Rowoon then received his first main role in the series Extraordinary You in 2019, and you can now see him in films like Find Me In Your Memory, She Would Never Know, and others. He’s also recognized for his fitness, so keep reading if you’re interested in the Rowoon workout and diet plan.

Diet Plan for Rowoons

As I read, his trainer’s diet plan included eating protein bars, protein drinks, and other protein-rich foods. There was also no indication of his breakfast or meals. So here is my take on the Rowoom diet regimen.

The Rowoon diet consists of the following foods:

Workout Routine for Rowoons

Rowoon is a vocalist who began his career as part of the SF9 group; he currently primarily performs shows and other gigs. That’s reasonable, given Rowoon has already achieved a great deal of recognition and success in the Korean drama industry, and is better known for his shows than for being a member of SF9.

Now, let’s talk about his workout routine and the activities he engages in to stay in shape. When Rowoon first began out as a K-pop musician, his daily routine consisted of hours of dancing and a few minutes of basic exercises and stretching. That was how he kept himself in shape in the past, and it worked well for him. However, as Rowoon progressed in the industry and grew older, the routine began to shift.

Rowoon now concentrates on weight training and stretching exercises as part of his fitness routine. He doesn’t dance much anymore unless he’s called by the group to collaborate on a music video or attend a live event. I learned about his training and routine via a video produced by Allure Korea.

In that video, Rowoon’s trainer discusses and demonstrates Rowoon’s fitness routine. Rowoon works out four to five days a week, and when he can’t go to the gym because he’s on set, he exercises for 30 to 60 minutes at home to stay in shape. Rowoon will work out on a regular basis whether he is in the gym or not.

So we’ll be doing that as well, supplementing our weight training with one to two body parts per day and working out for one to two hours. In addition, we will be stretching for around 20 minutes before beginning any activity, so I recommend watching a YouTube video to get a full-body stretch.
