Diet Plan for Soobin
Soobin and the other members of the group were interviewed by Harper’s Bazaar, and they all explained their typical diets. However, you should be aware that Soobin and the other members do not advocate fasting or following an extreme diet.
Even if some fans comment or inquire, Soobin advises them not to give up food or try dangerous diets. Diet is about eating healthy and exercising control over food, not abstaining from it. Let’s take a look at what they eat now:

Workout Routine for Soobin
We all know that Soobin and the rest of the TXT group are gaining a lot of attention. With each song, they appear to gain new fans and become more well-known. Soobin, on the other hand, has to look after his idol persona, for which he does exercises to stay in shape. So, what does Soobin do to keep himself in shape?
I looked for the live or articles they may have shared to find out what Soobin enjoys doing. I came across a few Koreaboo articles, one of which mentioned a Soobin live broadcast in which Soobin mentioned some things. He and other members were constantly paired with the training session during his training day.
They used to go to a personal training session and workout together, but he dislikes it now. He stated in another Koreaboo article that he dislikes working out and tries not to move. That was his response to a fan question about how to get lean like you guys. So, rather than lying, He stated that he does not move unless he is forced to.
But don’t forget that he continues to train for two to three hours every day, which includes way too much intense choreography. That’s also for at least five days a week, which is an intense cardio workout that can burn over 1,000 calories per session.
So we’ll do that workout and add some other exercises to it to give you guys a better perspective. We’ll train and work out our bodies five days a week, with a focus on bodyweight exercises and lots of cardio. So prepare yourself:

Cardio
Soobin now does a lot of dancing in his cardio routine, which burns a lot of calories for him. So, if you want to get a good workout, you can follow that same routine. Also, if you’re going to dance, make sure you stretch for at least 10 to 15 minutes after and before the workout.
If you don’t want to dance but still want to look like Soobin, I recommend doing a lot of running or joining a gymnastics gym. Some Korean celebrities use boxing as a workout to achieve a lean and ripped physique, and you can incorporate it into your routine as well.
Bodyweight Exercises
After you’ve completed your cardio, focus on basic bodyweight exercises such as crunches, squats, push-ups, pull-ups, pike push-ups, leg raises, plank, and so on. That will help you gain muscle and tone your body without bulking up and staying in the same lean shape as Soobin.
