Charli D’Amelio is rumored to be working on a new acting project called Home School. On February 2, 2022, the social media celebrity teased her followers about her ongoing endeavor by posting a photo dump of her previous activities on Instagram.
She appears to have left a hint in the third photo of her Instagram carousel, where she scribbled some key details regarding her upcoming acting project. She scrawled in a yellow sticky note, “Home School directed by Anthony Michael hall [sic],” ostensibly giving the project title and director’s identity.

She revealed more facts about the claimed Anthony Michael Hall directorial venture in the same photo. For example, she wrote, “expected start – June,” hinting at the filming date of Home School. Similarly, she noted that she had planned an acting lesson with John Kirby on Mondays at 4 p.m. and that she needed to improve on her voice strength, reading lines, and acting [on another sticky note].
She had also named the cast members of the project — which may be a movie or a show — on one of the sticky notes, but she had hidden it with another sticky note. Moreover, the sticky notes were taped to the top of the project’s screenplay sheet, which had her name and the project’s title, Home School, inscribed on it.
If the film comes to fruition, D’Amelio will make his full-fledged acting debut. She had previously provided voiceovers for the animated films StarDog and TurboCat.

While the project’s formal announcement has yet to be made, the project’s director unofficially verified the news via an Instagram story.
He named Ryan Kavanaugh, a social media celebrity and producer, in D’Amelio’s post on his story.

Hall is a well-known actor and filmmaker who has appeared in films such as Sixteen Candles, The Breakfast Club, and Weird Science, to name a few.
He starred as Tommy Doyle in the horror thriller Halloween Kills in 2021. Kavanaugh is a well-known film producer and investor who will purportedly serve as the producer for the D’Amelio starring. He is the co-founder of Triller, one of the three fastest-growing social media apps, and the 26th highest-grossing movie producer of all time.

As soon as D’Amelio teased her fans with the news, they began to rejoice and congratulate her across numerous social media sites.
One person remarked on her post, “oh ok our girly’s an…actress.”
“UM WAIT ACTING?” exclaimed another admirer, surprised.
