J-Hope: Workout Routine
J-Hope and the majority of K-pop artists have a slender and lean body type, and they have to do multiple things at once, such as singing and dancing, so they don’t get bulked up. When it comes to giving people chances in K-pop, the industry is quite strict, and if you want to be an idol, you must undergo rigorous training, diet, and practice, among other things. It does, however, get a little better for you once you’ve made it.
J-Hope and the other members of BTS live a similar lifestyle, requiring them to train and practice on a daily basis in order to maintain their status as idols. So, let’s take a look at how J-Hope works out and what his workout routine entails.

Dancing
One of the prerequisites for even considering a career in K-pop is that you should be able to dance almost flawlessly. J-Hope and the other members are no exception; J-Hope practices almost every day, and when they go on tour, they begin practicing for their performance a few days before the event.
What’s more shocking is that they don’t practice for an hour. It takes two to three hours to complete the practice; depending on the day, it may take even longer. They do, however, eat breakfast in between and take a break now and then, but they usually practice a lot.
Bodyweight Workout by J-Hope
BTS members don’t go to the gym or do many workouts besides dance practice. J-Hope and the rest of the team, on the other hand, prefer to do standard bodyweight exercises like push-ups, crunches, squats, and jumping jacks. It’s also a way for them to warm up before a show or performance in order to stay fit and healthy. So you can do this routine a few hours after dancing to get muscle definition.
