Katrina Weidman, a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, has worked as a paranormal investigator and researcher since 2006.
Her fascination with the supernatural began as a child in her hometown, where many locations were said to be haunted.
Katrina found a career for her passion by hosting Chiller’s Real Fear: The Truth Behind the Movies, in which she and her team traveled the country in search of real-life stories that inspired some of the world’s most iconic horror films.
Katrina currently co-hosts the TLC shows Real Documentary and Paranormal Lockdown with Nick Groff.

In 2006, Katrina began her career as a researcher for the Paranormal Research Society. She then began working as a “PR’s” case manager from 2006 to 2011.
She has also appeared in a number of films, including Kilimanjaro (2013), The Last Apartment (2015), Café Artist (2017), and F. Godfather (2017).
Katrina has been starring alongside Nick Groff in the Destination America series Paranormal Lockdown since 2016. The duo spends 72 hours inside haunted locations in the show.
