Joe had been trying to take Michelle out since 2012, even though they only started dating in 2013. So Joe enlisted the help of his friend Rich Eisen, who also happened to be friends with Michelle. Joe asked Rich if he could play cupid and asked for the beautiful blonde’s phone number.
Rich then called Michelle and told her about a friend who had been asking for her phone number. Initially, Michelle guessed his friend’s name and said, ‘Troy Aikman.’ ‘Al Michaels.’ ‘Cris Collinsworth.’
When Rich didn’t answer any of them, Michelle said, “Please don’t say it’s Joe Buck,” as she recalls. Michelle had never met Joe, but from watching him on TV, she got the impression that he is arrogant and smug.
Her statement changed after she fell in love with him. She touts her husband as “the furthest thing from arrogant or smug that any human being could be. I’m talking about the complete opposite end of the spectrum.”
She was in a relationship at the time, but when they met in 2013, she was single. Buck and Beisner then got engaged in August 2013 after dating for a while.

Joe and Michelle are the parents of twin boys. Joe Buck’s wife gave birth to their two sons, Wyatt Joseph and Blake Andrew, on April 26, 2018, just one day after Joe’s birthday on April 25th. Though the couple is overjoyed to be parents to twins, the pregnancy has taken its toll on both of them, particularly Michelle.
We’ve all heard that as you get older, your fertility declines. Michelle, on the other hand, was 41 when she became pregnant for the first time. After having difficulty conceiving, the husband and wife decided to use in vitro fertilization.
Michelle told ESPN about her overall IVF experience, saying,
“We went through IVF, and I can tell you there isn’t much more financially, emotionally, or physically taxing than IVF.”
She went on to say,
“It is a very grueling, gnarly process. But after three rounds, Joe and I discovered we were expecting two sweet, miraculous babies.”
Their boys are now two years old, and they have a large family full of loving people to play with.
