Diet Plan for Aespa Giselle
Now, as for the diet plan, I’m not sure what it is; they do need to stick to a strict diet since they just came out. In a few years, the agency may give them some space for their food and choices.
As I was reading an interview with the GFriend group, SinB stated that they were not allowed to eat outside on tours until 2019. So it was after 2019 that their management agreed to let them eat while on tour.
So, for the time being, I believe it’s a very restricted diet with significantly fewer carbs, a high protein content, a good fat content, and so on. Finally, I can give you a diet inspired by many K-pop stars in order to give you Giselle’s body.
The Aespa Giselle diet consists of the following foods:
- Oatmeal with berries and walnuts on top
- Chicken breast
- A small bowl of rice
- A small bowl of soup
- Salmon salad or sweet potatoes
Workout Routine for Aespa Giselle
Giselle is without a doubt one of the best Japanese singers, and one of the few who has achieved such fame. Giselle is already a viral rapper in South Korea and many other countries, despite the fact that she is only at the beginning of her career.
With so much fame comes a lot of admiration and curiosity from fans who want to know how Giselle manages to stay so beautiful and in such great shape.
We all know that K-pop stars need to be in good shape; it’s not your choice. However, it is a requirement for being selected for any team.
As a result, Giselle must always be in top shape in order to remain a member of the group. Now, I can’t tell you anything about Giselle’s workouts or things she does to stay in shape for the time being.
Because the group is still relatively young, few health and fitness magazines have approached them to inquire about specific workouts.
However, I’m sure Giselle and the other Aespa members are still doing their daily dance workouts, just like every other K-pop star. I’ve even read that a typical K-pop group practices dance for about 2-3 hours a day, five days a week, especially in the first few years after their debut.
Aside from that, each trainer requires them to do some PT workouts and stretching exercises. The trainers are assigned by agencies, so the routine is rarely shown or discussed in public.
It is, however, not difficult and includes basic bodyweight or lightweight exercises. Many celebrities are now permitted to participate in Pilates, Yoga, or boxing classes in order to maintain their health.
So I believe we can come up with something and do specific things to get a good workout. Remember that this is a workout that I created; it may or may not be identical to Giselle’s original workout.
We’ll be training twice a day and working out five days a week. It will be a strenuous routine, so make sure you stretch before and after each workout.
The Aespa Giselle workout includes the following:
Routine in the Morning
We will do a dance routine for about 1-2 hours in the morning routine. That is, as we all know, the main cardio workout that helps every K-pop member get lean and stay in shape.
Of course, you can do other types of workouts, such as aerobics or Zumba, but I recommend dancing. It’s a high-intensity workout that burns calories, tones muscles, and improves flexibility.
We will train three to four days a week in the evening routine. So even three days would suffice, and an hour of Pilates, boxing, or Yoga would suffice.
K-pop idols engage in all of these exercises, so pick one that appeals to you. However, I believe Pilates is the best way to achieve a lean, slim, and toned body. As a result, it’s also the most popular workout among K-pop stars.
