Workout Routine for Yuya
We couldn’t tell much about Yuya’s workouts from her social media posts and from reading some of her interviews and resources. Although we have seen Yuya go out and travel a lot while filming vlogs, we can say that she is at least active.
Can that level of activity now help you maintain your health and fitness? Yes, if your metabolic rate is good and your diet is healthy, you can stay in shape by being active throughout the day. The question now is whether Yuya is only doing that.

You don’t need to do much to stay healthy and fit; just 30 minutes of running per day will suffice.
Stay active
People are unaware of how healthy and fit you can become by exercising almost every day. All you have to do now is stay active and do whatever you want. You can play sports, take a walk, hang out with friends, go on a date, or do anything else as long as you move.
