Canadian-born actor Tom Burlinson shot to fame when he played Jim Craig in The Man from Snowy River, his directorial debut (1982). He has also been in a number of well-known films, including Piece of Cake, Showdown at Williams Creek, and the 1983 film Phar Lap (TV Mini-Series).
