A career in High School

Edmondson-Westside High School in Baltimore, Maryland was Kidd’s alma mater. During his senior year, he averaged 23 points per game, 12 rebounds per game, and 6 assists per game. Kidd then led the Red Storm to their first City Division I championship.

Kidd was also named MVP and All-Metro Player his senior year. In 2010, he graduated from high school.

Kidd signed his first professional contract, a one-year deal with Belgian club Limburg United, on July 27, 2015.

Kidd signed with the German club Tigers Tubingen on July 21, 2016, for the 2016-17 season. In 20 games during the 2016-17 season, he averaged 12.9 PPG, 4.7 RPG, and 1.8 APG.

Kidd signed with Melbourne United on July 17, 2019, to replace Casey Panther for the 2019-20 season.

Kidd scored a season-high 21 points against The Hawks on January 25, 2020.
