Ronnie Coleman was born on May 13, 1964, in Monroes, Louisiana, to his mother, Jessie Benton. Coleman also has two brothers, Alain Lemieux and Richard Lemieux.

Coleman won first place in both the heavyweight and overall categories. Dobson was defeated by him.

He competed in NPC championships in 1990 after winning the competition. He finished third, which motivated him rather than demotivated him.

Coleman became more serious about bodybuilding and worked hard to improve his physique to become a professional bodybuilder.

Professional Development

Coleman’s professional career began in 1995 when he won the Canada Pro Cup. He won the competition again the following year.

In 1999, he went on to compete in the Russian Grand Prix, a national-level competition. He also won the competition.

Coleman took small steps to the top and is the epitome of perseverance. Coleman competed in the most famous contest, Mr. Olympia, for the first time in 1992.
