Award-winning television actress Merle Dandridge gained notoriety for her roles in several TV shows, including Greenleaf from 2016 to 2018, in which she played Rita Roosevelt and Sons of Anarchy from 2011 to 2012. (as Grace Greenleaf).

Merle Dandridge made her acting debut in the television industry in the 2003 television series Angel, playing Lacey Shepard. Later that year, she contributed to two further projects: The Edge and NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service (TV Series) (TV Movie).
After that, she developed further and began to feature in other TV programs. All My Children (2005), The Deep End (2010), Nikita (2013), Perception (2015), and Murphy Brown are a few of her TV series credits (2018).
She made her big-screen debut in 2008, as Celia in the film Nothing But the Truth.
She is a producer as well, and she served as co-executive producer on the 2016 short film Love and the Line.
