Marlene Forte is a Cuban-American actress who has worked in the entertainment industry for more than 25 years. She has acted in several TV episodes and films during the course of her career. Her significant works include the 1998 film Bury the Evidence, the 2007 television series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, and the 2012–2014 television series Dallas (TV Series).

Marlene also had a cameo in The Single Moms Club by Tyler Perry (2014 ). She also starred in the 2019 film Knives Out as Marta’s mother opposite Chris Evans, Ana de Armas, and others.

Along with being an actress, Marlene is also one of the founders of the Labyrinth Theater Company.

Marlene has two daughters, Alexis Rodriguez and Giselle Forte-Rodriguez, and two sons, Andre Rodriguez and Christian Rodriguez, from a prior relationship. Giselle, her daughter, is also an actress.

Career: Television and Film

Marlene Forte developed an early interest in the performing arts. She continued on with the same desire and enrolled in acting classes.

She made her first acting appearance in the 1991 film The Bronx War. Up to 2020, she has appeared in more than 85 movies and TV shows. Some of her works include the 1997 film Lena’s Dreams, the TV series Walker, Texas Ranger, the 2015–17 season of The Fosters, and the 2019 film Ghostwriter (TV Series).

Her next films include Finding the Way Back (now in post-production) for 2020 and 10-13. (pre-production).

In addition, Marlene has performed in many of her husband’s plays.
