On December 23, 1991, The Warrior was born. His mother, Sonya Wilson, and father, Rob Wilson, welcomed him into the world in Kettering, England.
When Kyren was just two years old, he made his first trip to the pool. It appears that despite giving him a golf set, his godparents did not teach him how to play.
He placed the balls on the footstool, turned the golf club around, and began cueing as his instincts took over.
Karen used to work out with Peter Ebdon when he was younger. When Kyren was around 11 years old, Peter owned an academy around 10 miles from Kyren’s house.

He did so since his parents could not afford to pay for him to stay at a motel. They lived off just one wage. On the day of the game, his mother drove him there because they couldn’t afford a hotel room.
Kyren used to inform his mother about Facebook updates showing the other competitors having a good time while staying at the hotel. His mother used to say,
You’ll only be thinking that you need to work even harder when you go to the finals, which are at 7 o’clock the next night.
His mother thinks that his early job helped to shape who he is today. He owes his perseverance and hard-working character to his lowly upbringing.

Wilson started as an amateur in the 2009–10 campaign. As one might expect from an amateur, his performance that season wasn’t spectacular, but it was still respectable.
In the International Open Series, Kyren finished second in the third tournament and first in the sixth. He came in fifth place overall for performance.
The English athlete’s impressive performance earned him a spot on the 2010–2011 Main Tour for professionals.
Professional Beginning
During the 2010–11 season, Kyren competed in both his first World Championship and his first UK Championship. He beat players in the UK like McCulloch and Paul Davidson before falling to Rory McLeod in the following match.
On the same stage, Rory once again defeated him in the World Championship. Before going up against Rory, he overcame Dermot McGlinchey and Joe Swail.
For the player who had just turned professional, things were not going well. He finished the year with a 72nd-place global ranking. The only players who qualified for the following ranking events were those who finished in the top 64.
He joined the Qualifying School to make a comeback, but although doing well, he was not accepted for the ranking tournaments.
Kyren was a novice player who quit the snooker tour but participated in all 12 PTC (Players Tour Championship) tournaments. On the PTC Order of Merit, his performance put him in the 72nd position.
The English snooker player was thus forced to re-enter the Qualifying School, but this time he only managed to win one of the three events.
He competed in PTC events in his 2012–2013 season because he was unable to earn a spot in the ranking events. He won the Kay Suzanne Memorial Trophy by defeating Jamie Jones, Tom Ford, and Stephen Maguire.
He qualified for ranking events the following season thanks to his 75th-place finish in the PTC Order of Merit.

Despite hitting two centuries during the game, he lost to Ricky 10-7.

Wilson apologetically said, “I had dreamed of this moment, but I didn’t want to get here like way.
