American celebrity Kris Williams is most known for her recurrent roles as a detective and historical researcher on the television show Ghost Hunters (2007–2010). Additionally, she co-starred with Barry Fitzgerald as the primary investigator in the documentary television series Ghost Hunters International from 2008 to 2012.

She has also contributed as a paranormal specialist to various TV programs, including The Monster Hunter (2010–11), Ghost Hunters Academy, Infanity (2008), and The Atlantic Paranormal Society (TAPS).

Kris Williams, the daughter of Bob and Diane Williams, was born on February 20th, 1981 in Lowell, Massachusetts. Among her two siblings, she is the elder.

Kris initially attended Alvirne High School, where she earned her Arts degree in 1999. She enrolled at Rivier College in New Hampshire and studied communications there for two years after that.

Career

Before entering the world of paranormal phenomena and television, Kris Williams worked as a flooring installer and carpenter. She worked in the same field for over three years. She then spent some time as a worker in her father’s gun store.

She later entered the acting industry. In the 2003 film Mystic River, she made her acting debut. Similarly, in 2005, she appeared in the films Jesus, Mary, and Joey, The Perfect Catch, The Lady Red Trio, and The Unauthorized Lady Red (Movie).

Additionally, she portrayed Zella in Diabolical Tales: Part II in 2007. (Video short). She made her acting debut in Ghost Hunters the same year. Kris departed the Ghost Hunters show three years after she first appeared on it. She disclosed that she left the program as a result of an incident in which a cast member wounded herself during a bloodletting ceremony in an interview with benningtonbanner.com in 2015.
