American meteorologist Kate Bilo has been a part of CBS Philly and CBS 3’s Eyewitness News weather team since October 2010 as their main meteorologist. At 5, 6, 10, and 11 p.m. on weeknights, she hosts the weather news programs.
The gifted meteorologist began her career as a meteorologist in 2004. During this time, Kate Bilo provided news forecasts for numerous radio and television networks, including Bloomberg Television Network, FOX News, ABC News Now, and CNBC.
Kate has twice served as the guest host of CBS’s daytime chat show, “THE TALK,” which is nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award.
She enjoys reading books, traveling, riding a bike, going on long walks, and volunteering for various causes when she is not working.

In 2003, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Spanish and International Business from Penn State University. She also has a geosciences bachelor’s degree from Mississippi State University.
Marriage, Husband, and Baby
Scott Eby, a senior software engineer by trade, is married to Kate Bilo. The union took place in September 2007.
Three children—two sons and a daughter—were born to the couple. Their first child, a son, was born in 2009, followed by two more children, both boys, in 2012 and 2017, respectively.
On December 24, 2014, Kate Bilo posted a photo of her second child on Twitter.
Leo is the name of her first kid; she hasn’t shared the names of her other two children.
