The president of ABC Entertainment, Karey Burke, is in charge of all scheduling, development, casting, programming, marketing, and business operations for ABC’s primetime, late-night, and daytime programming. Dana Walden, the CEO of ABC Entertainment and Disney Television Studios, is her boss.
Since joining ABC in December 2018, Karey has worked on a number of well-known and acclaimed television productions, including “The Wonderful World of Disney presents The Little Mermaid Live!” and “Live in Front of a Studio Audience: Norman Lear’s “All in the Family” and “The Jeffersons.”

Michael Duggan, a writer, and filmmaker is Karey Burke’s husband. 2019’s Christmas Eve saw a surprise wedding for the couple.
Kevin Riley from Warner Media officiated the marriage ceremony in her homeroom. Later, during the 2020 Golden Globes after-parties, Karey broke the big news to VARIETY.
Prior to their marriage, the couple cohabitated in Santa Monica, according to information provided by The Hollywood Reporter in an interview with Karey on March 26, 2019.

Mother of five children, ages 15 to 24, is Karey Burke (as of 26 March 2019). Her son is transgender one of her children.
On February 2, 2020, she told The Hollywood Reporter that she was unsure of what to do or who to call during her son’s coming-out period. She also mentioned that Dr. Johanna Olson-Kennedy, a respected medical professional at The Center for Transyouth Health and Development, had treated her kid in the past. Dr. Johanna, according to Karey, changed not just their lives but also saved her son’s life.
Overall, Karey’s children’s paternity is still a mystery.
