At the age of six, Jesse Lee Sofer made his acting debut in a Kix cereal commercial. He made his feature film debut two years later, in 1993, at the age of eight, as Dennis Loomis in the comedy Matinee.

After that, he made an appearance in the drama movie Safe Passage in 1994, and a year later, he was chosen to play Bobby Brady in the film The Brady Bunch Movie. Then, in the television series As the World Turns, from 2004 to 2010, he played the recurrent role of Will Munson.
