Jenna “Patterson” Anderson, a former skateboarder, is wed to Jake Anderson. Their two sons, Aiden Benn Arthur Anderson (born in January 2015) and Cadence Anderson, are raised by them both (born on June 13, 2017).
Jake currently resides in Seattle, Washington, with his wife and kids.
Their Dating Details
When Jake Anderson was signing autographs for his fans at a festival in Ballard, Seattle, he and his wife Jenna Anderson first became acquainted. One of the admirers that approached him for a signature was Jenna.
Jake, as quoted by Screener TV, explains that incident with Jeena by saying,
“I was doing shipyard duty, and they had a festival going… All these people were coming up to get autographs. I had just walked out, and Jenna came up. Her family had jumped off the boat to come and get autographs from us. I autographed [to her], ‘You’re beautiful.’”
After that, they even exchanged phone numbers and began phoning one another; eventually, they started to fall in love.
In 2012, three years later, Jake got down on one knee and asked Jeena to marry him as the sun was about to set. The couple later exchanged vows on May 12, 2012.
Family Tragedy, Dad
Jake Anderson, the father, has seen difficult moments in his relationship with his family.
He lost his sister Chelsea Dawn Anderson in 2009 as a result of complications from illness. He was quite close to his sister, therefore her sudden and unfortunate death crushed his heart. To honor the departed soul, he even got his sister’s face tattooed along with a halo.
Jake suffered another setback a year after the passing of his sister when his father, Keith Anderson, vanished without a trace on January 6, 2010. After his truck was discovered abandoned in a rural part of Washington during the sixth season episode “Blown Off Course,” he was later declared deceased.
Later, in 2012, a hiker’s abandoned pickup was not far from where his father’s skeleton remains were discovered.
In a nutshell, Jake has persevered through all of these heartbreaking circumstances while still putting his focus on his job, hoping that it will one day make his father and sister pleased.
