Draymond Jamal Green, or Draymond Green for short, was born on March 4, 1990, to Wallace Davis and Mary Babers.
He was born in Saginaw, Michigan, in the United States, and has three sisters, LaToya Babers, Jordan Davis, and Gabby Davis, as well as two brothers, Braylon Green and Torrian Harris.

Draymond Green joined Michigan State in 2007 and played 37 games that season, averaging 3.3 points and 3.3 rebounds. After that season, he improved dramatically and was named MSU’s most improved player.
