In 1990, Dominique Sachse started working for Metro Traffic Control as a traffic reporter. After eight months of employment at Metro, she relocated as the disc jockey to KHMX Mix 96.5 in January 1911. She worked there for 2.5 years before moving on to KPRC TV CH2 as a journalist in June 1994.
